INTERIOR
^flooring throughout the shop---looking for vintage feel

FRONT PORCH
^an eclectic mix of antique rocking chairs

FOYER
Direction signage, takeaways-brochures et, guest book, etc
^Small foyer ---with pillars like above that house storage for folding doors---when doors are closed it forms a completely round room within the center of the rotunda--this space may double as a meeting room/consultation area

ROTUNDA
Grand Entry Displays

^ open to ceiling: thee story: library shelving from 1st to end floor in a round room
^I may furnish this area with one very large table in the center for amazing displays
^Love the built-in cabinetry--the scale just needs to much larger in circumference--Note I would like for the cabinetry to carry through the entire store, very much like this, allowing in natural light throughout
Also I love how you can walk around on the 2nd story/interior balcony---This may be beautiful for the residency upstairs

^Rotunda ceiling

^exterior view of this round library/rotunda---amazing trellis covered porch will be perfect for breakout venue space
NOTE: I need a door from the rotunda to the trellis covered porch--perhaps some more folding doors that completely opens the wall to the porch.
~Also need to extend porch---to be on both sides of the trellis above

TRADITIONAL LIBRARY/CONSULTATION {area}
Open to above w/interior--square--balcony venue space, soft seating, doors to open/or no walls/perhaps one large bookshelf will separate the areas allowing customers to pass on both sides---overall allowing easy walk-thru from the front entrance all the way through to the solarium
^soft seating area--upon the stage I like the beams and the small bar/mini cafe in the corner--the bar may be used as a refreshment station for events
NOTE: the bar/mini cafe will probably work better in the wifi study below.
^double fireplace: on the stage and extends to porch outside
Note: this seating may need a place for storage

^love the floor to ceiling windows (this is where we originally planed for the fireplace), large drapes to blackout the room for movies etc, love the wood work upon the floor, and the very large table for collectable book displays

^ Stage will be used for: Guest Authors, fun shadow films, consultation space, etc and will be equipped with some audio visual equipment for meeting space. Perhaps a flat screen TV mounted above the fireplace or a vintage screen like the above.

^ the balcony above the stage will come in handy to create great venue decor; such as the hanging curtain of lights.
^Interior balcony: love the wood paneling, spiral staircase etc---love this whole room!

WI-FI/STUDY {area}
Open to above: with interior balcony on one side of the room--opposite the wall with windows
^love all the natural light and the wood paneling
^I want this space to look very much the above to pics--except 2 stories/opens to above: lots of built in cabinetry and I love, love, love the arched wood work and think this would be wonderful to extend between each library cabinet---also love the windows above the shelving
NOTE: I would like for the cabinetry to be just as high as the above pic on one wall---the wall that will have windows (if walking into this room from the library/this would  be the wall on the right)-- and use the upper part of the cabinetry for display, perhaps some storage and to let in natural light
The opposite wall will have 2 story library shelving with interior balcony
both walls upstairs and down to have traditional library ladders--pictured below
^2 story library shelves with traditional library ladders
^I like the idea of a bench seats set into the wall with a small table that could seat two--similar to above pic--this is perfect for wifi study space; as well as for venue space use.

NOTE: no walls from library all the way through to the solarium

CHILDREN'S ROOM
^This is the look I'm trying to achieve for the Children's room: I would like for the room to have a few steps down--I want the height in this room, in addition I think the stairs will to assist parents---to aid in containing young children in this area.  ---the bay window depicted above will house a beautiful stage for children's authors/storytellers.

^This is the look I am trying to achieve--scaled to fit :) I would like for the room to have a few steps down--I want height in this room.
^nice tall windows between each bookshelf
^perhaps the tables/seating in this room would be good to fit together and make one really large conference style table for meeting and events.
^ or perhaps long farm like tables
^I like the idea of an interior balcony in this room as well; however, I don't know we have enough room.

^beautiful door--exit out to the Porte cochere

^Entry to Tea Room

TEA ROOM and Porches
Not to impressed with this kitchen--it was the photo from the house plans above--i'll find another picture or feel free to add your thoughts--this will have to incorporate all that's needed to prepare the food and tea: Tea display shelf of jars, Table for several electric tea kettles, a sandwich cooler/prep station, large restaurant refrigerator, small restaurant walk-in cooler, small wall unit waist height oven--maybe with bread oven above, and bread warmer below, three bin sink.......

^wonderfully wide porches, cute cafe tables and lots of room for plants---I need to fit tables for the tea shop here, and for the space to serve as a venue

^I was wondering if under the octagon looking room in the tea shop could have a koi pond that looks like it's coming out from under the building. What do you think?
^ perhaps the step up seating area of the tea shop could be a miniature greenhouse.

^may have some courtyard seating
